To amend the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965 to enable local educational agencies to use amounts received from the Fund for the Improvement of Education for innovative programs to increase learning in nutrition and exercise.

Amends the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965 to allow local educational agencies to use amounts received under part A (Innovative Programs) of title V for programs to increase nutrition and exercise education that focuses on illness prevention and is provided in classroom or after school settings.
