To clarify the tariff classification of certain fiberboard core and laminate boards and panels.

Declares that Congress finds that the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States was amended on February 3, 2007, to provide that certain high-density fiberboard shall include laminate boards bonded in whole or in part, or impregnated, with synthetic resins. Applies such amendment retroactively to certain entries.
