To prohibit the use of funds for training and equipping the Iraqi Security Forces.
Responsible Security in Iraq Act - Prohibits fund use to: (1) train the Iraqi Security Forces (as defined by this Act); or (2) sell or otherwise transfer arms to the Iraqi Security Forces unless specifically authorized by an Act of Congress enacted after the date of the enactment of this Act.
