To amend title I of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 to require in the annual report of each defined benefit pension plan disclosure of plan investments in hedge funds.
Pension Security Act of 2007 - Amends the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (ERISA) to require the financial statement filed with the annual report for a defined benefit pension plan covered by ERISA to include a separate schedule identifying each hedge fund (i.e., unregistered investment pool) in which plan funds are invested and the amount invested.
