Equality for Workers under ERISA Act of 2007 - Amends the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (ERISA) to require any civil action brought by a beneficiary or participant of an employee benefit plan to be adjudicated as a de novo proceeding (without deference to any prior claim determination).
