Enhanced Participation in Drug Courts Act of 2007 - Amends the Omnibus Crime Control and Safe Streets Act of 1968 to redefine "violent offender" for purposes of eligibility for participating in drug court programs to mean a person charged or convicted of an offense that is punishable by a prison term exceeding one year.
