Authorizes appropriations for FY2008 for enhancing the integrity of the United States against the threat of terrorism.
Requires such funds to be used by the Secretary of Homeland Security to reimburse a state or political subdivision for expenses incurred when law enforcement officers or employees of such state or subdivision receive training to perform border security and immigration enforcement functions.
