To create a standard solider patient tracking system.
Wounded Warriors Joint Health Care Patient Tracking Act - Directs the surgeons general of the military departments to develop a joint soldier tracking system (System) for medical holdover patients. Requires the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Health Affairs to have access to the system to monitor trends and problems.
Requires the system to allow each medical holdover patient, each family member of such patient, each commanding officer of a military installation retaining such patients, each patient navigator, and ombudsman office personnel, at all times, to be able to locate and understand exactly where a patient is in the medical holdover process. Requires that the system be updated daily.
