To require the Government of Iraq to match, dollar for dollar, the amount of United States assistance awarded for the reconstruction of Iraq.
Partnership for Iraq Reconstruction Act of 2007 - Prohibits a U.S. government grant, contract, or cooperative agreement for the reconstruction of Iraq to be awarded unless the government of Iraq provides at least 50% matching funds from non-U.S. government contributions.
