Authorizes the Senate Committee on Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions to produce documents and its staff to testify, except where a privilege should be asserted, in the investigation by the U.S. Attorney's Office for the District of Columbia of the financial disclosures made to the Committee by Dr. Lester Crawford in connection with confirmation proceedings on his nomination to be Commissioner of the Food and Drug Administration.
Authorizes the Senate Legal Counsel to represent Committee employees in connection with such case.
