Recognizes and honors the victims of the crash of Comair Flight 5191 at Blue Grass Airport in Lexington, Kentucky, on August 27, 2006.
Conveys the condolences of the U.S. citizens to the families, friends, and communities of the victims.
Recognizes the rescue and safety workers and others who responded to the tragedy and commends those who provided support to the victims' families.
