Designates May 11, 2006, as Endangered Species Day.
Encourages: (1) educational entities to spend at least 30 minutes on such Day teaching students about threats to, and the restoration of, endangered species; and (2) organizations, businesses, private landowners, and agencies with an interest in conserving endangered species to collaborate on educational information for use in schools.
