Recognizes: (1) the health risks associated with childhood obesity; (2) the spirit of Jacob Mock "Jack" Doub and others who have been actively promoting physical activity to combat childhood obesity; and (3) Doub's contribution to encouraging youth to be physically active and fit, especially through bicycling.
Expresses support for the goals and ideals of National Take a Kid Mountain Biking Day, which is celebrated on the first Saturday in October.
