Commemorates the 25th anniversary of the National Citizens' Crime Prevention Campaign. Asks the people of the United States to join in the celebration of the Campaign, its icon (McGruff the Crime Dog), and its managing organization (the National Crime Prevention Council). Encourages the Council and the Crime Prevention Coalition of America to continue to promote individual and collective action, in collaboration with law enforcement and other supporting agencies, to reduce crime and build safer communities.
