Authorizes the printing and binding as a Senate document of: (1) a supplement to "Riddick's Senate Procedure," to be styled "Frumin's Supplement to Riddick's Senate Procedure"; and (2) a revised edition of "Riddick's Senate Procedure," to be styled "Frumin's Senate Procedure."
