Directs the Secretary of the Senate to make corrections in the enrollment of S. 2590 (Federal Funding Accountability and Transparency Act of 2006) by: (1) modifying the requirement that the Office of Management and Budget (OMB), by January 1, 2008, ensure the existence and operation of a single searchable website for federal awards to require that it do so in accordance with the Office of Federal Procurement Policy Act; (2) requiring that the website provide for separate searches that distinguish between awards that are grants, subgrants, loans, cooperative agreements, and other forms of financial assistance and awards that are contracts, subcontracts, purchase orders, task orders, and delivery orders; and (3) requiring the Comptroller General to report to Congress by January 1, 2010, on compliance with that Act.
