Jornada Experimental Range Transfer Act of 2005 - Authorizes the Secretary of Agriculture to convey to the Chihuahuan Desert Nature Park Board (Board) for educational purposes not more than 1,000 acres of land that is located in the Jornada Experimental Range in the State of New Mexico and that is subject to an easement granted by the Agricultural Research Service to the Board. Specifies the terms and conditions such land conveyance shall be subject to.
