Accurate Crime Trends for Schools Act or the ACT for Schools Act - Directs the Attorney General to study and report to the appropriate congressional committees on the feasibility of expanding the National Incident-Based Reporting System to include information on the occurrence of school-related crime in elementary and secondary schools.
Requires the study to identify and evaluate methods for collecting and reporting such information.
