A bill to appropriate $430,000,000 for medical care for veterans and $70,000,000 to improve the security for personal data of veterans held by the Department of Veterans Affairs, and for other purposes.

Appropriates funds for the Department of Veterans Affairs for FY2006 for: (1) medical services, specifically to address servicemember needs for mental health care, including post-traumatic stress disorder; and (2) general operating expenses, specifically to improve the security for personal data of veterans held by the Department.
