Requires the Government Accountability Office (GAO) to report to specified congressional committees on the compliance of the U.S. Postal Service with procedural requirements in the closing of the postal sorting facility in Aberdeen, South Dakota. Prohibits the U.S. Postal Service from taking any action to close such facility during a period ending 60 days after the submission of the GAO report.
