A bill to modify the provisions relating to formulations of Ethanediamide, N-(2-ethoxyphenyl)-N'-(2-ethylphenyl)-).

Amends the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States to modify the provisions relating to formulations of Ethanediamide, N-(2-ethoxyphenyl)-N'-(2-ethylphenyl)-), and to suspend, through December 31, 2009, the duty on them.
