A bill to suspend temporarily the duty on Mixtures of (+-)-(cis and trans)-1[[2-(2,4-Dichlorophenyl)-4-propyl-1,3-dioxolan-2-yl]-methyl]-1H-1,2,4-triazole.

Amends the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States to suspend through December 31, 2009, the duty on Mixtures of (+-)-(cis and trans)-1[[2-(2,4-Dichlorophenyl)-4-propyl-1,3-dioxolan-2-yl]-methyl]-1H-1,2,4-triazole, and application adjuvants.
