City of Green River Land Conveyance Act - Directs the Secretary of the Interior, if the City of Green River, Wyoming, submits an offer to the Secretary to acquire specified public land for the appraised value, to convey such land to the City.
Requires the City to pay: (1) to the Secretary an amount equal to the appraised value of the public land, as determined under this Act; and (2) any cost associated with the conveyance of such land.
Provides for the disposition of the proceeds from such land sale.
Prohibits such conveyance from requiring an amendment to the Green River Resource Management Plan.
Withdraws such public land from: (1) all forms of entry, appropriation, or disposal under the public land laws, including the mining laws; (2) location, entry, and patenting under the mining laws; and (3) operation of the mineral leasing, mineral materials, and geothermal leasing laws.
