A bill to direct the Secretary of the Interior to convey certain Federal land to Rio Arriba County, New Mexico.

Rio Arriba County Land Conveyance Act - Directs the Secretary of the Interior, subject to valid existing rights, to convey to the County of Rio Arriba in New Mexico, without consideration, all right, title, and interest of the United States in and to specified land (including any improvements to such land) located on the Sebastian Martin Land Grant in the vicinity of Alcalde.
Provides, at the Secretary's option, for the reversion of any part of the conveyed land to the United States if such land ceases to be used for public purposes.
Specifies conditions for the sale of any part of such land by the County.
Requires the County to pay any costs associated with the land conveyance under this Act.
