A bill to ensure payment of United States assessments for United Nations peacekeeping operations in 2005 and 2006.

Amends the Foreign Relations Authorization Act, Fiscal Years 1994 and 1995 to provide for U.S. payments for 2005-2006 U.N. peacekeeping operations at 27.1%. (Current law provides for a 25% payment rate.)

(Amends the Department of State and Related Agency Appropriations Act, 2005 to repeal the provision providing for 2005 payments at 27.1%.)
