Emergency Relief Tax Check-Off for Our Armed Forces Act of 2005 - Provides for a tax check-off on individual income tax returns to designate a contribution to the Armed Forces Relief Trust.
Amends the Internal Revenue Code to allow a tax deduction from gross income (available for taxpayers who do not itemize deductions) for charitable contributions of up to $1,000 to the Trust.
Establishes an advisory board of directors to advise the Trust on the distribution of contributed funds and the management of the Trust.
