A bill to amend title 10, United States Code, to extend child care eligibility for children of members of the Armed Forces who die in the line of duty.

States that if a member of the Armed Forces or reserves dies either on active duty or while in active service, any child of such member who is enrolled in a Federal child care program shall be eligible to continue receiving services under such program for 24 months following such member's death.
