Authorizes and directs the Sergeant at Arms of the House of Representatives to deliver the mace of the House to the Secretary of the Smithsonian Institution for necessary repairs. Instructs that the mace be returned to the House before noon on the day before it next reconvenes pursuant to concurrent resolution or at any sooner time when so directed by the Speaker.
