Condemns the July 11, 2006, terrorist attacks in Mumbai, India.
Expresses: (1) condolences to the victims, their families and friends, and the government and the people of India for the loss suffered during these attacks; and (2) sympathies to the people injured in these attacks.
Calls on the President to provide the government of India with investigative assistance and to work together with India to bring to justice the perpetrators of these and other terrorist attacks.
