Makes it in order at any time on December 18, 2005, for the Speaker of the House of Representatives to entertain motions that the House suspend the rules relating to the following measures: (1) H.R. 1185 (Federal Deposit Insurance Reform Act of 2005); (2) a bill to reauthorize the Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) block grant program through March 31, 2006; (3) H.Res. 545 (expressing the sense of the House on the arrest of Sanjar Umarov in Uzbekistan); (4) H.Con.Res. 284 (expressing the sense of Congress with respect to the 2005 presidential and parliamentary elections in Egypt); (5) H.R. 4501(Passport Services Enhancement Act of 2005); (6) S. 1988 (authorizing the transfer of items in the War Reserves Stockpile for Allies, Korea); (7) H.R. 2329 (Terrorist Rewards Enhancement Act); (8) a resolution honoring Helen Sewell on the occasion of her retirement from the House and expressing the gratitude of the House for her many years of service; (9) H.R. 797 (Native American Housing Enhancement Act of 2005); (10) H.R. 358 (Little Rock Central High School Desegregation 50th Anniversary Commemorative Coin Act); (11) H.Res. 456 (expressing support for the memorandum of understanding signed by the government of the Republic of Indonesia and the Free Aceh Movement on August 15, 2005, to end the conflict in Aceh, a province in Sumatra, Indonesia); and (12) H.Con.Res. 275 (expressing the sense of Congress regarding the education curriculum in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia).
