Makes it in order at any time on December 17, 2005, for the Speaker of the House of Representatives to entertain motions that the House suspend the rules on the following measures: (1) H.R. 4519 (State High Risk Pool Funding Extension Act of 2005); (2) H.R. 2520 (Stem Cell Therapeutic and Research Act of 2005); (3) H.R. 4568 (Proficiency Testing Improvement Act of 2005); (4) H.R. 3402 (Department of Justice Appropriations Authorization Act, Fiscal Years 2006 through 2009); (5) H.R. 4579 (amending specified laws to extend by one year provisions requiring parity in the application of certain limits to mental health benefits); (6) H.R. 4525 (Second Higher Education Extension Act of 2005); (7) the conference report on S. 1281 (National Aeronautics and Space Administration Authorization Act of 2005); (8) S. 467 (Terrorism Risk Insurance Extension Act of 2005); and (9) a joint resolution making further continuing appropriations for FY2006.
