Recognizes the importance of establishing a national memorial at the Pentagon Reservation as the highest honor the United States can confer to commemorate and mourn the terrorist attack at the Pentagon on September 11, 2001.
Supports efforts of the Pentagon Memorial Fund, Inc., a nonprofit organization established by the families of the victims of the attack, to construct the memorial.
