To provide for the transfer of the decommissioned destroyer ex-U.S.S. Forrest Sherman (DD-931) to the USS Forrest Sherman DD-931 Foundation, Inc., a nonprofit organization under the laws of the State of Maryland.

Directs the Secretary of the Navy to transfer the decommissioned destroyer ex-U.S.S. Forrest Sherman (DD-931) to the USS Forrest Sherman DD-931 Foundation, Inc., a nonprofit organization under the laws of the State of Maryland, upon receipt of a satisfactory ship donation application for the transfer of that vessel to such foundation.
