To direct the Consumer Product Safety Commission to issue standards addressing open flame ignition of consumer products containing polyurethane foam.
Foam Fire Safety Act - Directs the Consumer Product Safety Commission to promulgate safety standards that address open flame ignition of mattresses, bedding, upholstered furniture, sound proofing materials, and other materials containing polyurethane foam. Requires such standards, at a minimum, to be consistent with the State of California's safety standards for such products.
