To require providers of wireless telephone services to provide access to the universal emergency telephone number in subterranean subway stations located within their area of coverage.
Requires such providers to: (1) make available to other wireless providers appropriate infrastructure, technology, and facilities to provide such service; and (2) facilitate the sharing of such infrastructure, technology, and facilities.
Includes such emergency number service within Federal provisions limiting State regulation of the placement of wireless facilities.
