A BILL
To provide for the establishment of a Department of Veterans Affairs
community-based outpatient clinic in Clallam County, Washington.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. REQUIREMENT FOR ESTABLISHMENT OF DEPARTMENT OF VETERANS
AFFAIRS COMMUNITY-BASED OUTPATIENT CLINIC, CLALLAM
COUNTY, WASHINGTON.
The Secretary of Veterans Affairs shall (subject to the
availability of appropriations for such purpose) establish in Clallam
County, Washington, a Department of Veterans Affairs community-based
outpatient clinic for the provision of outpatient services to eligible
veterans under chapter 17 of title 38, United States Code.
