To designate Campbell County, Virginia, as a qualified nonmetropolitan county for purposes of the HUBZone programs of the Small Business Administration.

Amends the Small Business Act to include Campbell County, Virginia, as a qualified nonmetropolitan county for purposes of the HUBZone (heavily underutilized business zone) programs under such Act.
