To amend title XVIII of the Social Security Act to extend the exceptions process with respect to caps on payments for therapy services under the Medicare Program.
Securing Effective and Necessary Individual Outpatient Rehabilitation Services (SENIORS) Act of 2006 - Amends title XVIII (Medicare) of the Social Security Act with respect to the temporary process for obtaining an exception from the uniform dollar limitation on Medicare payment for medically necessary physical therapy services (Medicare therapy cap exceptions process).
Extends the exceptions process period from the beginning of calendar 2006 through calendar 2007.
