To amend title 38, United States Code, to expand eligibility for the Survivors' and Dependents' Educational Assistance program of the Department of Veterans Affairs.
Disabled Warriors' Family Education Act of 2006 - Allows spouses and dependent children of permanently disabled members of the Armed Forces to access benefits under the Survivors' and Dependents' Educational Assistance program while such members are still on active duty.
