To authorize the Administrator of General Services to convey a parcel of real property to the Alaska Railroad Corporation in exchange for replacement property and other consideration.

Requires the Administrator of the General Services Administration (GSA) to convey all right, title, and interest of the United States in and to the GSA Fleet Management Center to the Alaska Railroad Corporation in exchange for suitable replacement property and such other consideration.
