To provide for making grants to expand the capacity of the Big Brothers Big Sisters mentoring program for at-risk youth.
Mentoring Matches for Youth Act of 2006 - Authorizes the Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention to make grants to Big Brothers Big Sisters of America in FY2008-FY2012 to expand their mentoring programs for at-risk youth.
