To amend title 10, United States Code, to provide eligibility for certain additional dependent children for annuities under the military Survivor Benefit Plan.
Benjamin Moore Surviving Military Spouses' and Children's Equitable Relief Act - Provides for the payment of a Survivor Benefit Plan annuity to the dependent children, instead of the surviving spouse, of a member of the Armed Forces who dies after October 7, 2001 (currently, November 23, 2003).
