To provide for low-interest disaster loans when a small business concern is affected by a small-scale disaster.
Small Scale Disaster Small Business Assistance Act of 2006 - Amends the Small Business Act to authorize the Administrator of the Small Business Administration (SBA) to make disaster loans to a small business that: (1) has suffered or is likely to suffer over $50,000 in damage or lost revenue as the result of a small-scale disaster; and (2) is not otherwise receiving federal or state assistance by reason of the disaster.
