Prohibit Aid to Saudi Arabia Act of 2005 - Prohibits funds appropriated for foreign operations, export financing, and related programs to be obligated or expended for Saudi Arabia. Includes in such prohibition direct loans, credits, insurance, and guarantees of the U.S. Export-Import Bank.
