Directs the Administrator of General Services to convey to the city of St. Joseph, Michigan, any interest retained by the United States in St. Joseph Memorial Hall.
Requires the city of St. Joseph to pay a specified amount to the United States as consideration for such conveyance.
Authorizes the Administrator of General Services to require such additional terms and conditions to the conveyance under this Act as the Administrator considers appropriate to protect the interest of the United States.
