Superfund Enhancement and Prioritization Act of 2005 - Transfers certain funds made available to the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) under the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2005, to the FY 2005 Hazardous Substance Superfund appropriation for use in carrying out cleanup activities under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act for facilities on the National Priorities List.
Authorizes additional appropriations for such cleanup for FY 2006 through 2009.
Limits the amount of such appropriations that may be used for management and administration costs.
Prohibits the addition of any site or facility to the National Priorities List until the President certifies that remedial actions have been completed at all sites and facilities included on such list as of the date of enactment of this Act.
