Elimination of Barriers for Katrina Victims Act - Suspends temporarily the denial of Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF), food stamp, housing, and higher education benefits to victims of Hurricane Katrina or Hurricane Rita because of convictions for certain drug offenses.
