Directs the Secretary of Transportation using federal highway funds to provide that all highway safety signs within five miles of a Bureau of Customs and Border Protection (Department of Homeland Security) inspection station located at the U.S. border with: (1) Canada, are in French and English; and (2) Mexico, are in Spanish and English.
