To amend the Community Forest Restoration Act to expand the Collaborative Forest Restoration Program established under such Act to cover the State of Arizona in addition to the State of New Mexico, and for other purposes.
Community Forest Restoration Expansion Act of 2005 - Amends the Community Forest Restoration Act to: (1) revise the federal and non-federal contribution requirements under the Collaborative Forest Restoration Program; (2) direct the Secretary of Agriculture to expand the Program to cover Arizona in addition to New Mexico; (3) require a separate technical advisory panel for each covered state; and (4) increase the annual authorization of appropriations for the Program.
