Summary

Directs the Secretary of Agriculture to transfer all right, title, and interest of the United States in and to certain land in the Ottawa National Forest, Gogebic County, Michigan, for cultural preservation, without consideration, to the Lac Vieux Desert Band of Lake Superior Chippewa Indians.

Prohibits the recipient from selling any part of the land other than that land east of Indian Village Road or from using any part of the land for gaming or any other economic purpose.
